1. Using this website
You may use Essentialshub.eu for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at unreasonable volume, upload malicious content, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.
2. Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, intended-use information, availability, prices, taxes, delivery costs, and delivery estimates clearly before checkout. Mask and PPE images, packaging, certification marks, standards references, and batch documents may vary by supplier and stock lot. If an error is obvious or material, we may correct it and contact you before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Product pages and quotations should state whether an item is a face covering, surgical mask, respirator, face shield, glove, gown, or other PPE, and should not imply medical-device or workplace-safety compliance unless the required evidence is available.
3. Orders and contract formation
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we accept the order, normally by sending an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation. We may reject or cancel orders where products are unavailable, payment fails, fraud checks fail, delivery is unavailable, or the order contains a material pricing or description error.
4. Pricing, payment, and taxes
Prices should be shown in euros unless stated otherwise. Consumer-facing prices should include VAT where required. Delivery charges and any other mandatory costs should be shown before payment. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider under its own security and privacy terms.
5. Delivery
Delivery options, estimated timings, restrictions, and costs should be shown before checkout. Risk normally transfers to a consumer when the goods are physically received by the consumer or a person nominated by them, subject to applicable law.
6. Returns, refunds, and legal guarantee
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to legal exceptions. Health-protection and hygiene exceptions may apply to sealed masks, respirators, gloves, gowns, and PPE kits once opened. Consumers also have statutory remedies for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. See the Returns and Refunds Policy.
7. Accounts and communications
If accounts are enabled, you are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity under your account. We may send service messages about orders, account security, policy updates, recalls, or legal notices. Marketing messages will only be sent where permitted by law.
8. Intellectual property
The Essentialshub.eu name, design, content, product copy, layout, and media are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may not copy, resell, republish, or commercially exploit site content without permission, except where law permits.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, defective products, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of PPE, use outside the stated intended purpose, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, incorrect information provided by you, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms should specify the governing law and courts only after the operator and target markets are confirmed. Consumers may benefit from mandatory protections and local jurisdiction rules in their country of residence.
Placeholder: These terms are governed by the laws of [country], without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
